Am I supposed to up date my activities on the burn meter....ie bike, run , cardio and still select in my settings a moderate activity level. or do i select sedetary and the log all my extra activities?
Thanks ahead of time.
Sorry cant help you- because I also need to know this- so I will be checking in with this post. I figure sometimes Im really just sedentary all day, then other days Im kinda active and ride my bike about 30 min a day, also do alot of household chores etc.
So Ive just set mine at light activity and then dont log anything in under activities, not my stationary bike or anything bc I figure its already been counted....
IDK- hopefully someone else does
I'm stumped. I'm new to this program, granted, but I shouldn't be this confused. Since I'm at "light activity", would I log only those activities that go beyond walking the dog or weeding the flower bed?
Yes BonBon I know what you mean... I am not sure that when you say you do moderate activity if that takes account for your extra calories or just the increase in heart rate that your activities cause.
Oh no- still no help on this topic? I guess Im sticking with light activity then and not logging in anything extra since the description of light act includes light exercise (which would be my bike), and slightly active throughout the day. I think if I added in my bike and other random activities then that would be double dipping.. lol- well Ill check in again later to see if anyone knows... heeelllpp us pleeease...
I guess that no one wants to answer us Bon Bon.. that is sad!
