Another Calorie Question
Hey all, I'm aiming to get a bit fitter for a play I'm doing in September. I'm a 17 y/o boy, about 178cm. I currently average 2,314 according to the analysis tool, and I weigh 66 kg. I am looking to lose about 2 kg and tone up. I've been doing JM's 3O day shred, and I'm on L2D3. Will i see any change in shape [especially lower body] in the next thirtyish days?
EDIT: I've just found a thread on HIIT... does Mon - Fri on JM 3O Day Shred and Sat-Sun HIIT sound like a good way to shed weight and build muscle? I have about 41 days...
Not really - you shouldn't do HIIT two days in a row. And neither HIIT nor JM will build muscle, especially if you are eating at a deficit.
Have you considered lifting heavy weights?
I don't have access to heavy weights - I can't afford a gym membership. I currently use 5kg weights for the 30 day shred. Is this heavy enough?
