You GUYS!!  I lost another pound this week! WOOT!

How is everyone doing?  What is you guys's target weight if you dont mind sharing... Mine is 115 and I'm 143 (I love typing that).

I hope everyone is having a good experience with their weight loss journey.  I gots some concerns though... Wait you know what? I'll save it for later. We should all just focus on feeling good about ourselves tonight!

I started at 143 about 10 days ago and my goal is 128 lbs by January 31. I 've done okay except for two not so great days, but I'm sort of concerned because I'm already weighing in at 139.5, fairly consistently. I don't think I've been doing this long enough or intense enough to warrant that kind of weight loss, and worse yet I don't think I look any slimmer. =[ I hope that I will continue to not just lose weight, but KEEP IT OFF. ... and I hope it starts to actually look like I'm losing weight.


*sigh*

 

It's more frustrating when you look bigger than the scale says than when the scale says you are bigger than you look.  People don't see the scale, they see you! I could weigh 500 lbs and I wouldn't care as long as I wore a size 6. haha!

lol isnt that the truth!  I've lost about ten pounds too and all thats changed is the size of my bra!  Dont worry about the rapid weight loss thing... I did that too, just be HAPPY.   And no, you cant tell the difference after only three pounds. Of course you're used to seeing you. Wait till its FIVE pounds and then ask somebody else if they see a change.  My Boyfriend swears he can see the difference but I dunno.  I think he's just too nice to me.

My weight was 125.6 starting out. My weight 4 days ago was 125.2. My weight this morning was 120.6! Well, alright, so I've been sick...and as wrong as it is to feel happy about weight loss that came about the wrong way, it still feels nice to see the scale saying something nice for a change!

I ate much the same as when I was well with a few exceptions- I ate lots of homemade chicken soup, no sweets, and didn't drink much water. Now that I'm starting to feel better, I'm hoping that I can keep the new weight by continuing on with eating soup, no sweets, and adding water back in should help me as well!

My goal weight is 118. Or somewhere around there. I gave myself such a long goal date because normally I find it so s-l-o-w going!

Hope you guys are doing well with your goals!

Well I started about 2 weeks ago and my weight was 148.8. I weighed my self yesterday and the scale said 145.3!! that's like 3.5 pounds!! my goal weight is 128.6 by January 19th. I KNOW I can make it there in time and be able to keep it off. I just changed my eating habits drastically and even if I don't lose any more weight, I know that I'm eating healthier and I'll still feel better about myself.
