Another hungry complaint. sorry :/
Ok so I dont get why Im always so hungry just 1 hr right after lunch. This is what my meal plan looks like usually.
breakfast: sausage egg and cheese toaster pastry
&nb sp; or 1.5 serving of wheaties with 1 cup of 1% milk
snack: apple and go gurt
lunch: 2.6 oz of tuna and 1 cup of brown rice w/ either 1 cup of chicken noodle soup, apple or yogurt.
you dont need to know my dinner, afternoon snack is the same as morning.
If I have a grilled chicken sub Im usually fuller but thats because the sub roll fills me.
Try adding some fat into your lunch. Nuts or something. Fats make you fill full.

I always eat my lunch in two parts. The main meal is at 12:30 (~300 cals) and when I start to feel hungry or just in the mood for more food, I have my second portion (~100-150 cals). For example: today's main lunch = Mexican rice (link in my journal). Second course = cottage cheese with apple butter & sunflower seeds. If I eat both at together I sometimes want more food, even though I'm not hungry.
I usually have a snickers marathon protein bar for lunch 290 cals with 20 grams of protein, about 17 almonds (100 cals) and an apple. I also drink water all day (about 4 -16.9 oz bottles) This will carry me through to dinner and despite a job that I'm on the move all day, I rarely feel hungry. My breakfast usually is OJ, a lite english muffin with Olivio, not butter, a banana and cup of tea. Half of my calorie intake (no more than 2000) is usually consumed by dinner and I always save a few hundred calories for a light desert such as a 100 calorie blue bunny fudgicle. I might also recommend an egg beater with a slice of lite cheese for breakfast with Tropicana light OJ (50 cals) for breakfast.
My success is primarily from sticking to my guns and this website. (40 pounds in 8 months.
