you look great!! i am new to this site & i read your bio and you are doing great!!! by the way how did you lose 22 lbs in one month? was i reading that correctly. i have over 100 lbs to lose and i think you are doing fabulous. i have added you as a freind. ok?

tubby-  sure thing.. i'll add you too.. :)  i have no idea how i lost 22 pounds in my first month.. i do know that i lost a bunch of water weight at first.. and i also think that the fact that my begining weight was on the doctors scale and the rest of the measurements were on the gym's scale and they might be different by a few pounds.. (when i was at the dr. last i was 4 pounds heavier on that scale) i was also on xenical for the first 3 months to help me learn how to not eat fried foods (my downfall) and that cured me too well.. fried foods gross me out so bad now.. heh.. :)
