SealedHi everyone--just found this site tonight--I am 63 and have been up-and-down all my life. I am following the ww's flex plan right now and have lost 4 pounds in two weeks. I have a long way to go--but want to get it off and be more healthy and be able to chase my wild 18 month old Grand-daughter.

Welcome to Calorie Count, we're happy to have you.  The tools on this site mesh very well with WW stuff -- and the food log is an added bonus.

I noticed you have not yet done a profile -- I encourage you to do so.  Profiles help other members with similar goals and interestes to find each other.  YOu can make your profile as detailed or as vague as you wish.  I suggest you look at other members' profiles to get an idea (just click on their name or their picture).

To update/build your own profile, simply go to COMMUNITY --> click on PEOPLE --> click on "edit page" underneath your picture.  You can then add/subtract things to your profile page.
