Okay, just joined.  I need to lose another 15 pounds and I will finally be done killing myself....just maintaining hopefully then.  This late 15 lbs is not going well so I can't say that I'm a happy person at this time.  It seems that I'm retaining a lot of water but can't figure out out to get rid of it.  Any suggestions?????  Hopefully someone will have some ideas I can use.

Good luck with your goals.

The secret to losing the water weight is to lower your salt intake and drink tons of water. Always have a water with you. Pee lots. When your pee is very very pale yellow, almost clear, you know you're losing the water you're retaining.

I am on my last 12 pounds so I can relate to the struggle. They say towards the end, it always gets more difficult. If you'd like to exchange stats, maybe we can motivate each other.

We have a weekly weigh in group every Friday we weigh in to be held accountable and get some well deserved praise and support. You should join if you haven't already. It's in this Group too, reaching target by June. My goal date right now is the 21st, but hopefully that will change this Friday.
