Some days i am around 200-400 below my daily calories and then a couple of days i can happily eat the right amount of daily calories, so i am thinking that zig zagging would be a good method for me as it ensures i am eating enough per week.

I have been searching on google for a zig zag calculator but all i can find is one that recommends i go down to 1150, 2 days a week. For me, thats going against what i have learnt here so does anyone have a good site they use?

This would be much appreciated Smile

There you go. It has a zig-zag option on it. But even if the zig-zagging seems too extreme, you can alter it so you don't eat as little or as much as the calculator says. Let's say on your low days it wants you to eat 1200, and on your high days, 1900. Switch that to 1300/1800. Remember, as much as we want it to be exact, it's NOT an exact science. :) Just try your best.
