I started at 294 and have gone down to 288.  I just started Monday and Im pumped to get this weight off.  Ive been struggling my whole life and am ready to be an average weight.  My goal rite now is 200. If I can get there than thats a success.  Ive be glad to be your bud along tha way. Add me as a friend  :))
i'm in the 200s, i started at 266 and am down to 229. i'm hoping to get to 140 eventually - it seems so far away!!

i started at 242 pounds 3 months ago... i am now down to 211. i'm hoping to get to 154 pounds by Feb 2008. and then take up another goal to go down to 143 pounds the next year.

i've been struggling with weight my whole life... have lost 80 pounds on two different occasions before... and got it all back to being like this... infact even heavier this time around... because i just deemed at it as a short term thing... i now have had to succumb to the fact, that i have to watch my calories and choose a healthier eating and activity  (change of lifestyle) my whole life... to keep the weight off!!! i think i'm not doing too bad at this goal so far. And i feel great!!! i haven't bought any new clothes yet, waiting to lose atleast 20 pounds more before i go shopping. :) ...
Hi, I'm Keith, age 52.  I started on April 1st at 255 lbs, and I'm now 230 lbs.  My short term goal is to get below 200 for the first time in years.  My long term goal is 165 which is what I weighed 25 years ago.  I'm not even sure if this is possible, but I'm trying.
I started dieting, on Jan 2nd, this year , through a local weight loss place similar to LA weight loss.  I was 252 pounds at that time, I am  41 yrs old, and about 5-5... and I am now down to 202.... My short term goal was to be down to around 200# by the time of my wedding April 21st --- I was close! But i did make it into a size 18 dress, from a size 24.  I felt beautiful on my wedding day --  I am trying to post some pics!
My long term goal is to be down to 165!   I feel GREAT now, have started going to the gym w my new husband, and am sure I will make it to my goal this year!
Hi all! I started off around 298 in Jan. and down to 284 as of Wed. The last couple of months have been hard for me with trying to diet and recently started zoloft for depression. It seems to have resparked my interest in my weight loss process and I actually went to a water aerobics class today! LOVED IT and I am the world's worse at exercising! LOL

I'm also on xenical but on my recent off months, I wasn't taking it the way I should have but now I'm getting back on track with that. It's funny in how many ways depression can affect your daily life.

I started at 224lbs  as of today I am 202.8 lbs. It is very hard to keep going at it when the weight comes off so slow but I am so determined. My short term goal is to be 190lbs by Aug. 15th.  But my ultimate goal is to reach 134lbs. Although it is hard I  get so motivated when I see the weight actually coming off. I used to weigh myself 2-5 times a day now I am down to once maybe twice a week whick works very well. Good luck to everyone I hope everyone meets their goal weight

I did loose inches this month.

I only weigh in once a month.  However, I'm involved in a 12wk Challenge and I think we weigh in weekly. 

I started at 281 a week ago and I am now down to 274. My goal is 150 but I more then anything I want to be able to wear normal clothes and not plus size. I am a clothing addict and there would be so many more options for me in regular sizes!

I started here on Monday at 225 and here it is Friday and I'm at 220. 5 pounds gone! It's been a struggle! I was at 170 my freshman year of high school, and after my 1st year of college, I weighed 225! That's a 55 pound weight gain! I'm hoping to lose those 55 pounds, but 30 or so more. It's going 2 be hard, if it takes 2 years, that adds probably 20 to my life. It's worth it. :) Good luck! Let me know if you need any help, and let me know when you get to be under that pesky 200 lbs!!! :)

I just started Monday.  Almost 39 years old (Tuesday, 29th) and beginning weight of 242.5  as of this morning 241.0. Not too bad I guess.  I am using a food journel....what a difference that has made.  A little time consuming though.    I have been exercising regularly since February so food had to be my problem.  What a reality check!!

SHORT TERM GOAL:  To See 199...or anything else under the  2 mark!!

LONG TERM GOAL:  150
