It's so tough because all of the food you eat is unpackaged, ie without calorie info! Es the prepared meals -- who knows, what's in them, the nutrition info could vary within hundreds of calories and gs of protein, etc.
Ugh! What do you do?

I don't go to boarding school but i suggest you avoid ready-made sandwichs at all costs, you never know what might be hiding in there. Stick with mostly raw fruits and vege's, atleast you'll know that nothing has been added to them and you'll know the exact calorie count. Also i don't know what rules you guys have but try making your own sandwiches to get some carbs. Also if they have nuts or lentils you can get your protein from there.
hope it helps :)
