Hi TomTom!

Why would you feel guilty after eating those desserts? If you come out within your calorie target there is NOTHING to feel guilty about! Actually I have some chocolate every single day to prevent binging - and I still lose very well.

Go ahead and have some dessert! You deserve it! And if it's not Weight Watchers get some other 100 or 200 calorie packages!

I count out 50 reese's pieces for 200 cal or 1/4 cup M&Ms and keep them in little containers in my cupboards. If I need some sweets I have them ready to go in small servings (to prevent grabbing another one and another one and another one from the bag!)

Go ahead and enjoy!!!

I agree with mermaid

Hi, I eat the Vanilla Round Ice Cream Sandwiches from WW, it has 140 calories, 1.5 grams of fat and 4 grams of fiber and to be honest I don't feel guilty because what I do is I balance what I eat, or at least I try to, I'm trying to eat 1400 to 1500 calories a day, so I just count this 140 calories and I don't exceed my daily calorie intake. If you eat any cookie or ice cream just enjoy it, write it down and don't go overboard with the calories you take, that way you control what you eat but you also have a little desert, why not?

Yes I do ! One and just one!  I like the chocolate chip muffins too! Key lime pie is also a favorite.

They just came out with a version of Snickers Ice cream bar, that is truly awesome.

I do when I can afford it.. I eat the regular frozen meals by them at least 2 - 3 times a week.  I love it.. and I don't ever feel guilty eating it because I know it's a great portion and it's a great "value" I guess as far as calories go!

I really like their latte ice cream bars...tastes just like coffee icecream to me.  It's nice and smooth takes a bit to eat cause it's not tiny at all, and it's only 120cals...can't go wrong!  The only thing is the caffeine can wreak havoc on me sometimes since I'm a non-caffeinated person in general hehe

Must.Find.That.One! Coffee ice cream- hmm! I tried looking at Smart Ones to see what you were talking about and I didn't see anything about latte ice cream bars?

Hmm okay so turns out it isn't a "smart one"...but it is still weight watchers, and I also confused the cals with something else, it's only 90 cals...here is the link where it has a description on the weight watchers website:http://www.weightwatchers.com/shop/categorysh owcase.aspx?pageid=1056551&navid=moreww

Also, I buy them at walmart so I think you should find them fairly easy =)

Thanks for clarifying, M! Today is grocery day! *rubs hands together*

Let me know what you think of them =)
