Just wondering if anyone on here was from Canada? I live in Nova Scotia and looking for some local (lol or semi-local) weight loss friends.

I'm from Ontario. I know there are quite a few people from Canada on here, I guess they are just hiding, haha.
There are oodles of Canadians on here.... you may ask in the Food Forum since they are always posting neat threads about where to buy Canadian diet/low calorie foods (thinks like Shirataki noodles, etc!)

I'm in Ottawa, still can't find shirataki noodles or vitamuffins.
You can order Vitamuffins from their web site but they cost a fortune.
