Is anyone Checking BMI

Hey,

Is anyone out there checking BMI....If so joining me in traking it.

Mine started at 42.XX

That was at 248.5 lbs and I am 5'4"

Hi.

I am 5'8" and started at 297 lbs.  That's a BMI if 45.2.

I'm now 214.5 and my BMI is 32.6.

I can't wait until I move from the "obese" category into the "overweight".  Soon...very soon.

Hi  Dawna,

I had just checked mine before I saw your note. Mine was 31.01 so I am

in the Overweight . I just started this last week, so good luck and the next

time we look we will be down!!!!!!!!
