I have had a bad day.

I've over eaten, under exercised, I have a head ache and I'm really not happy.

Can anyone cheer me up?

Don't be so hard on yourself. Life is good! Just stop, try to be AWARE of what's going on. Relax, take a short walk. Start over & keep on going. Drink fluids, some cold water. You can cheer yourself up if you start looking at all the great things around & in YOU!! I hope this helps you. =) Enjoy the rest of day~Cool

A long hot bath sounds good about now.  With some bubbles out of a Big Bird bottle.  Laughing

I don't know how someone can be in a bad mood after watching this.

Or this.  (Okay - I may just have a weird sense of humor on that second one...)

I also agree with the previous posts - Take a deep breath, think about what you need to do, and start over.  You can do this!  Cool
