Anyone here doing "You on a Diet?"
YOAD seems to go hand in hand with calorie counting. I've been doing this method for about a week and love it. Is anyone else doing this?
I read the book a few months ago and thought it had alot of good information. I never followed it exactly, but just gleaned what I thought would work for me. One of the best tips is making two meals a day automatic. It really makes calorie counting more efficient that way. I still follow that advice.
Yes!! Go back and get it now. Seriously it is well worth it. Even though I'm counting calories, I'm eating a lot more of "whole foods" now!
I read this book a few months ago and just loved it. I don't follow the "diet" or anything like that. I do take some of the principles and apply them to the things I eat. I at least now know why certain foods effect me the way they do and how to avoid the pitfalls.
Loved this book when I bought it a few years ago. Although I didn't follow the "diet", much of the advice I incorporate into my life now especially eating the same things for lunch and breakfast. It does make tracking your calories easier. Also, the recipes in the back are quite good especially the vegetable lentil soup.
Ooh, I'll have to try the recipies. I love the recommendation for the chicken patty sandwich for lunch.
