Anyone doing the - Eat to Live plan Dr Joel Fuhrman?

I just started the "Eat to Live" plan a few days ago and I've lost a pound already.

I can't say I've been able to implement it a 100% but I love the idea of eating so many vegetables. In a sense it's kind of easy to follow because the rules are simple. My stumbling block is reducing salt in take.

I was wondering if anyone else was doing this and would like to support eachother.

Hey Nina, I've been doing this for about three weeks and lost 2 1/2 lbs.  I haven't completely abandoned pasta, yogurt, and cheese yet but I am loading up on the vegetables and legumes.  I have been feeling pretty good since reading the book and starting to eat like this.  One of my friends is doing this just a couple days a week (eating all veggie dinners) and she noticed a difference too. I'll add you as a friend and am happy to support.

I started on Dec 26 at 224 lbs. I am now (March 8) at 206. I haven't adhered strictly (I've snuck in some chocolate, a couple slices of pizza, and lots of cereal and soymilk) and I've increased my exercise dramatically. The change is immense.

I had a hard time getting over food urges, and not drinking, but I had to stop drinking, and the food urges mostly go away when I'm full. Get ready to eat huge salads and tons of fruit. I eat a LOT on this diet.
