Anyone doing SLIM IN 6?
I found Slim in 6 to be great for toning, it is not dreadfully hard to do. I did the 6 weeks and found my self toned! I looked great, I did the Slim and Six pack daily too which made my abs look decent. I have not done this in about 2 years now but would love to start it again, that is if i can get my girls to nap at the same time! Anyone doing it, or about to start it? I am ready for the 6 week challenge. I am eager to start but fear not following through... I know it works! I have seen results firsthand! I need a buddy!
lyric, how fun to borrow the tiny friends clothes and look awesome! congrats. i've been slacking, too. after 3 weeks off due to vacation and sickness and spring break, i finally did one day of RIU, felt so sore yesterday and have been lying around all day watching TV. I need to kick myself in the booty! here goes nothing....
hi everyone...i just purchased my si6 dvds and im really excited!! however, i dont have the diet plan...i was wondering if someone can email it to me

you could take the supplements if you want to. But you don't have to. I took supplements but not from them (multi vit, fich oil, cla). People who don't take supp will also see result. They promise you 6weeks result if you follow the direction to the dot. It makes sense if you eat very clean, doing the regiment religiously and have enough vit and nutrients, of course you can get to your goal faster. Realistically, that is hard to do. Not everyone can do it. :)
Hi Everyone!
I just received Slim in 6 from a friend and I'm going to start it. I don't have the Express Diet Plan so I was wondering if anyone has it to e-mail it to me. It would be so great if you would. I would really appreciate it. I'm so excited about this program because my friend lost tons of inches! New me....here I come!
Also, I'm wondering what I should do for diet on the program because I'm a vegetarian. Any suggestions?
Thanks everyone!

mcgee, i'm going to New York for 6 days next week and i am going to bust my tail this whole weekend on ramp it up! looking forward to being very sore!!!!
lindzee - you don't really have to follow their diet program. As long as you eat healthy and get enough nutrients you should be all right.
I was doing SI6 and then a friend just sent me hip hop abs made by the same company i tried it last night it was soooooooooo much fun an def a good workout. If you like to dance you should try this one
I just got my SI6 yesterday and was reading up on it, I am a lil curious how many times I am supposed to be working out? On the diet plans it says an am workout and a pm workout. Do any of you do workouts 2 times a day or is just once ok? I want to get the best results I can withouy any supplements and staying within in the calorie range.
Also reading all your posts has given me more inspiration to do it, according to cc i have about 16 pounds to lose. I have family over the next couple days so I am hoping to start on sun. or mon. when they leave.

I needed to read all the posts again to get me motivated. I received my SI6 while on vacation, tried it one night and haven' gone back since. My motivation has completely dropped for working out - HELP
Hi Jessica,
You can check my profile for summary of SI6. I posted preview and schedule as they suggested. Note: You shoudl do the regiment at your own pace. For some people, each stage may take longer. The idea is to get you comfortable and outgrow that particular routine before you move on.
The thing to keep in mind is to not injure yourself :) Good Luck! & Welcome!

vcooper - just do it :) Don't think about it even for a second. Stop contemplating. Change to your workout outfit and pop in the DVD. Before you know it, you're done! See? that is not hard!
I also took a long hiatus from BIU (doing TJ for a while). So I went back to it yesterday, and boy, my butt and hamstring sore this morning! :D
And that feels so good!! I am now just waiting for my breakfast to digest (2 soft boiled eggs, only eat 1 yolk), then ready fo rthe next date with Debbie >=)

Hey everyone.. so for Slim in 6.. its 6 times a week only once a day ? .. and SIU for 1 week, BIU for 2 , and RIU for 3?
lyric - it seems really good to have an event to want to look good for, eh? have fun in New York! I'm going to try your technique of looking ahead on the calendar for something to be skinny for - even if it's going out Friday night.
vcooper - you should try lyric's "MO" I understand not getting into it, but after you make yourself do SI6 for a few days and move on, mark off the little boxes on the chart, etc... you do start to get addicted to the way you feel. but you have to move past the beginning stages of soreness. also, it's very motivating to lose inches and firm up and look better in your clothes. you asked for help, does that help? if that doesn't help you try being accountable on the message board or something????
I started to work out Wednesday, my 21 year old came home and wanted to talk, so with no trouble whatsoever, I turned off RIU and talked so long I didn't have time any more!!! It doesn't take much to procrastinate. I worked Thursday and Friday, and it's Sunday night... I need to get back into it but tomorrow I'm having a root canal. I need a goal. Six weeks from tomorrow is Memorial Day - My goal is 10 pounds by Memorial Day using SI6 and South Beach Diet. Anybody want to join in with their own goal? I'm going to buy myself a pair of Lucky or Silver jeans when I reach that goal!
Let me know if there are any takers. You can make up your own goal and reward!

jessica - the progression is SIU - RIU - BIU. You do each routine once a day. Unless you feel up to it and do it 2x a day (sometimes I did one in morning one more at night). Do 1 everyday for 6 days and take a rest on the 7th day.
Again, you watch what your own body tell you. If you are not up to doing it everyday in the beginning it is all right to take a day rest in between. You want to be comfortable in doing that particular stage before you move on.
Example, I so SIU for 1.5 weeks, and not a straight 6 days. Then RIU took a bit longer before I jumped to BIU. My idea is I wanted to make sure that I maximized the result from each workout. It works for me. For others, following the calendar is better. To some, they do SIU for 3 times then ready to jump to RIU.
Try it and see what fits you. :)

(double post sry :) )
thanks for the encouragement. You know I was on a cruise a couple of weeks ago and I was determined to lose weight for that and did. So I need a goal, lose 10 pounds by Memorial Day for a picnic my daughter is doing for moving into her new house...........
sounds good, vcooper! 10 pounds by Memorial Day - I'm with you. I'm also going to commit to SI6, RIU or BIU 5 days a week until then as well. If I miss a day, I'll add them up after Mem. Day until I let myself buy those jeans. There, I said it, it's in writing!
Nice resolution mcgee & cooper :) we will hold you guys to it! Check in here everyday and tell us how you doing! :)
<<WANRING LONG POST>>
I'm sorry I haven't posted in while guys. I'm not going to lie.. I have cheated. I have slacked off to one work out a day, rather then twice a day like I wanted. But one thing is for sure, I did make up for it. I really need to do my measurement, but I am down to a size 7/8 from a 11/12. And I'm down from 170 to 153. And I still really haven't master RIU, but I do the routine everyday (with the exception of my off day). In fact I haven't even looked at the BIU dvd box in a long while.
*thinks to where she put the darn BIU dvd*
Any-hoo. So I really like the program, but all it is whatching what you eat, and buring the the equalvilate of what you ate. I've just been counting my calories, taking a multi vitimin, and exercising. I totally zoned out Debbie, because I know the routine for RIU and got tired of her saying.. "This will shrink your waist... RIGHT CHRIS?!" So know I just turn the DVD on for support and to always double check if my form is right. I'll put up my messurement later.. Lemme to relax from my 30 mins of cardo with my 3 eggs whites w/ salsa.
