I found Slim  in  6  to be great for toning, it is not dreadfully hard to do. I did the 6 weeks and found my self toned!  I looked great, I did the Slim and Six pack daily too which made my abs look decent.  I have not done this in about 2 years now but would love to start it again, that is if i can get my girls to nap at the same time!  Anyone doing it, or about to start it?  I am ready for the 6 week challenge.  I am eager to start but fear not following through... I know it works!  I have seen results firsthand!  I need a buddy!

Hi all!

Just wanted to see how everyone was doing!  I am just begining week 4 of SI6, and day 3 of BIU.  I am able to fit into siz 12 jeans, which hasn't happend in a while!  I have lost inches in my thighs and my stomach.  Yay!  This program really works!  I am thinking about doing another round after this.  Has anyone done this?  If so, what were your results?
I started the siu about 3 weeks ago and did it every other day because my legs were so sore at first. I found the siu on the exercise tv on ON Demand if anyone has this feature it is a great way to start if you don't have the videos. I liked it so much so I purchased it off of e-bay. Last week I did riu for a few days and I decided to advance myself to biu because I like the feeling of more cardio and it gives me a better workout. I am finally past the getting sore and so far have done it a week straight (minus 1 day). I started at about 168 lbs and am down to 165lbs. I'm a little discouraged because I haven't lost more weight, but my boyfriend tells me he can see a difference.  I wish I would have taken measurments before I started but I was not sure how to. So yesterday I posted "measurment help" and someone replied with a great website. So yesterday I took my measurments so I could start comparing. Bust 40", waist 37", hips 35" as of yesterday. Would anyone like to join me with our progress??? It would help because I am so discouraged with not losing more weight at this point.  Also, I am sticking with a low-cal diet approx 1500 cal/day.
My measurements above were typed incorrectly, oops.  They are really  40", 37" and 41"
what is si6
si6 (Slim in 6)  is a workout program made to make you slim in just 6 weeks, of course with a meal plan too. Although i don't have that plan.  It comes in 3 stages with a couple extra videos for abs & stretches.  I don't have the exact stages because I purchased the vidoes off of e-bay, but on one of these posts there is more information.  If you by chance have on demand cable you can go to the exercise tv part and find the start it up video (this is the first stage).  This is actually were i first found it and I liked it so much that i bought it. If you give it a try let me know how you like it.  So far I love it!!!

I have been doing SI6 for almost 4 weeks (but there was a week when I had to take a break for an injured knee), so really only about 3 wks.  I have been on BIU for about 2 wks and haven't been doing it every day (because of my knee), but every other day.  I am noticing a lot of great benefits, my muscles becoming visible and streamlined, my belly is finally getting flat and I can see the muscles in it, however after all this time my clothes are still tight!  I put on a pair of pants the other day that I tried on the week after I started the program and they are still too tight...I don't get it.  it is frustrating because it seems like everyone else is getting into smaller sizes quickly and I am not.  I am going to keep on it because I do feel better and am hoping by the end of the 6 wks I will have dropped at least one size.

After the 6 wks, you can continue, or break up the work outs as you see fit, or move on to another Beachbody workout.  it really helps me reading everyone elses triumphs and stumbling blocks.  thanks!!
Hi!  I just ordered Si6 through ebay and it was shipped yesterday so I should be getting it soon.  I ordered si6 a couple of years ago and did it for a little bit, but very inconsistently so i didn't see any results.  I bought it again because I lost my original ones.  But now, I'm fully committed to working out with si6 for the next 6 weeks.  I've prepared by doing cardio everyday this week for 40 mins.  We'll see how it goes.
Hey Guys!   Im back!   What a bad time for work to send me away!
Im pumped and ready though!   I did the six pack the last 2 days.
I absolutly love the 6 pack and reccomend it  to everyone. Its really hard at first,  but debbies right,  in no time I was able to do it,  even my mom was.    And its only 10 mins and I really start noticing results from it.   Since my stomach is my problem areas,  or my lovehandles more so.

Im with yous on being discouraged from results though.  I dont seem to be going down any weight.  Ive cut out chips, chocolate, soda, candy, mcdonalds,  and been doin some exercise on and off.  Although its not consistent,  you would think that would be enough right to there to at least drop a couple pounds,  but optomism!  At least Im not going up!  lol

Anyways,  Im about to do start it up,  although i know the moves already,  Its been long enough that I better start with that one again,  cuz my thighs are gonna kill me,  which I love.  'If its burning, that means its working,  so your gonna wanna push it a little'     lol,  how badly do I want to slap Debbie when she says that.  The 2nd day I always find Im incredibly sore and can hardly walk,   but then I do the stretch video, and start it up again anyways,  and then the rest of that day I am mobile again,  same thing the 3rd day,  and force myself to do it anyways.  Then the 4th day usually its good.

Slim in 6 is a very very good workout.  I tried going to the gym in the fall,  I went 4 times a week , and went on the elyptical, and didnt notice anything, maybe a pound or 2.   With slim in 6 I actually noticed results.  Maybe the pounds didnt fall off this second time I tried it,  but I could feel the tightness when I run my hands down me.   its really good for getting toned!

I sound like an info commercial,   Im done now   :P
Im terrible for motivation,  but I have a new crush,  and that usually works for a couple weeks till he turns out to be an ass lol
Enough talkin about it,  Im gonna go do it!   Day 1 comin up!

Me again... lol
I was just going to make a comment about this spreadsheet I made myself for tracking mine and my families progress.
I have it set so I can enter either cm's or inches, and it will convert and show both.   And then I have a little graph on the 2nd page to show my progress,  which makes me feel a little better
Hint:  I take my measurements in cm's,  because their smaller, so any little progress is noticable,  and motivating  :)
Anyways,  I dont see a way to post the spreadsheet,  but if anyone would like a copy of mine to track with let me know!
My measurements:

Boobs:    98
Above Love handles:   85.5
At biggest Love Handles:   97.5   (eek!)
Hips / Ass:  102
Legs:   62
Weight:   164

Good luck everyone!!  We can do it if we all stick together!!

HI, i started doing slim in 6 two weeks ago, I am doing RIU and I still have one week to go. But the problem is that I don't have the diet plan that goes with this workout. Although i am not overeating, my daily menu is usually, breakfast one egg white, lunch usually something cooked without bread, than strawberries and foe dinner if I am hungry piece of brown bread with slice of gouda cheese.
I now my eating plan is not good, that is why i want to try the slim in 6 DIET PLAN.
So, can anybody be kind to send it to me.
Thanks
i do the routine when its too hot or raining out side and i cant walk. Or even when i just dont have the time to walk. I have two kids, one who likes to be pushed in the stroller but my other one is 6 and really doesnt like the whole fast walking thing lol, so i like it i didn tknow this many people knew about it.
Sorry, I dont know where my papers are that came with Slim in 6 , I think their at my parents in another province.  That was 2.5 years ago
I didnt know so many people had the program either!

I am soooo sore today.   I did start it up and 6 pk yesterday.
Im gonna have to go do the stretch,  since Im having problems even standing and sitting down  lol

Good luck today everyone!
it's nice to hear that you guys are doing well.
I have lost 20 lbs on this program in two months. It was great! But know it seems I have stoped losing weight. I guess my motivation stoped. *shrugs*
I'm going to try Turbo Jam. I heard great things about it. I'm gonna mix it in with my SI6 routine, in hopes in seeing more results. Well.. I'm off to eat some pizza! ha ha ha ha!
I'm on week 2, I started Ramp it Up after just 2 sessions of SIU! It's hard but becoming easier everyday. I think it will be time for BIU very soon.

While my weight is stable, I'm noticing definition already. I think that a lot of people who say they stop because they don't see a difference aren't giving the program a chance. Consistancy is the key! The weight won't fall off, you're building lean muscle, you have to give it time to burn the fat off before really noticing anything.

Keep with it!!!!

I just started SI6 Saturday (start it up) and am so sore it looks like I have a board up my butt when I move.  Pitiful, huh?  I'm really excited about this, though.  I am a mom of 3 and took off all of the baby weight and then some with my second.  It seems a little tougher after having my third, though. I'm ready to do this though!!!!
Hello, all!  I have been lurking here for a few weeks getting the motivation and inspiration to stick with Slim in 6.  I saw the infomercial, started reading up, ordered it, and have now completed my first 6 days!  Start It Up kicked my butt, but I was able to get thru most of it by day 5, and then did Ramp It Up yesterday (today was my day off, just did Slim & Limber).  It only took a few days to start seeing some results, like getting into the size 14's I STILL couldn't get into after losing 23 pounds at size 16!  But once I'd done a few days of Start it Up, I tried them on and they fit great (enough that I wasn't uncomfortable having others see my butt in them)!  I lost 3 more pound over the first week.  I'm really motivated to stay with the program, and thanks to all of you that have inspired me!  I hope I can return the favor!
I bought SI6 back in March and was so busy working full time, going to school full time and being a mom to 3 little ones that I haven't had the time to fit SI6 in.  Because of extenuating circumstances, I am unable to go to school during the summer semester.  I figured what better time to start and stick to SI6.  What a great trade off!  Anyway, I finished week 1 yesterday and was able to stick to it and work out 6 out of the 7 days.  Not a small feat for me!  I started out with SIU a couple of months ago so just used RIU for the last week.  I am already finding it easy and am wondering if it is too early to swith to BIU this week.  Debbie doesn't recommend it in her plan until week 4.  I really want to stick to the program but I want to continue to see results.  I didn't take my arm and leg measurements before starting because I have no issues with them.  I did take my bust, waist and hip measurements though and have already lost 1" off of my waist and 1" off my hips!  I have also lost 5 pounds!  I am just waiting to be able to fit into my skinny clothes.  I usually do RIU and Slim&6pack abs.

Any recommendations for starting BIU would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks everyone for the motivation!
I just started SI6...I received it a few weeks ago and started it.  I could only get through half of SIU each time for the first couple days.  I just had surgery last week so I spent all that time laying on the couch.  I started again today and got through all of SIU, sweaty, but I did it!  I am so excited and I really hope that I will see real results.  I want to fit into all of my old jeans.  I just finished my freshman year at college and put on some weight and I'm ready to take it off!  I've been reading the board here and it's really got me motivated.  Help guys, I'll need all the support I can get!

PS....Great job on all of the inches and weight lost!
Just another quick note.  Today, starting week 2, I decided to go ahead and do measurements again, and I've lost an average of 2 inches everywhere except my arms and calves in just one week (and 3 pounds)!!!  Bust, hips, stomach, thighs...so it really does work!  I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it for myself.  I'm sure any intense exercise you can actually stick with for any length of time would do it, but this is the first time I've ever stuck with anything, so I'm thrilled.  Keep pushing play, it works!!
