Anyone doing SLIM IN 6?
I found Slim in 6 to be great for toning, it is not dreadfully hard to do. I did the 6 weeks and found my self toned! I looked great, I did the Slim and Six pack daily too which made my abs look decent. I have not done this in about 2 years now but would love to start it again, that is if i can get my girls to nap at the same time! Anyone doing it, or about to start it? I am ready for the 6 week challenge. I am eager to start but fear not following through... I know it works! I have seen results firsthand! I need a buddy!
I only managed 10 minutes before I was shaking and sweating and kind of went and just... sat down. Haha, it was so lame.

dont exercise when you have a problem with your health !! You need some rest. (we tend to feal guylty for no reason sometimes ;-)
beautyquester, you'll prefer Ramp It Up for sure, but it's a little harder, especially on the but... at first, I was doing the exercises on the floor alterning left-right-left and right-left-right.
I did not loose a pound, but I lost a inch on my belly... yay! it's a start !

Well....I just ordered SI6 and i am so excited to get it!!! Anyone know how many calories aprox you burn for each video??? I weigh 115 right now. Thanks for you help in advance!

I am 24 years old 5'3-5'4 somewhere in there? I weighed 137 at my highest and went on weight watchers to lose weight for my wedding( 3 1/2 years ago). I got down to 120 for my wedding and try pretty continusously to lose a little more. I was actually down to 109 at one point in the spring and was completely happy with myself. I didn't want to lose anymore. Well.... instead of maintaining that I ate like there was no tomorrow thinking it would be ok bc I had a little wiggle room. Well I was wrong;)! I got back up to 115 and started dieting again. I am currently(as of this morn) 113.6. I am thrilled about that. I honestly don't really care about the number on the scales I just want to feel good. I have always, even in high school at 106 had a little tummy fat that I have never been able to get rid of, it reminds me of baby fat ha ha. Anyway thats why I thought I would try slim in 6 so I could get tone! I want my body to be leaner and more toned and I know I would feel better about that! Thanks for you intrest and I can't wait to get started!!!
haha, well I took your advice and took it severely easy this weekend. No working out, eating (mostly) healthy stuff... In saturday, I weighed in. I've lost 9 pounds in 3 weeks. I'm rather proud.

I had to stop RIU after like... fifteen minutes. After numerous stopping and panting. Having asthema is killer when you want to be able to breath correctly.

Maybe if I get mom in on it it would be more of a motivator.
Edit: So. I got to the 30 minute mark and the resistance band part comes up. I can't FIND mine. Ugh. This is such a disappointment. :\ I wanted to try and finish it! How long do the resistance bands last?

I started on Monday, September 10th. I done Start it up on Monday and Tuesday and "Ramp it up" on Wednesday. This evening I will do "Ramp it up" again. I hope I can stick with this ..... as I'm going on vacation in November.

I know that it has only been week 2 for you dan( that is great in itself if you ask me) but have you seen any results? I hope to get mine monday and I am going on vacation Oct 5 that is in 3 weeks! I just wondered if you had seen any results...I would kinda like to know what to expect!

hey everyone! I just ordered slim in 6 a few days ago. It should be here early next week. I'm really excited to start it. I'm also wondering about how many calories you burn on it. What do you guys type it in as in the activity log??
amyjo, it's true that it's been only two weeks. I did not see results on the scale yet. not much on the mesurements eather. I feel more strenght, especialy in my legs and abs. I dont diet and I still drink wine... ;-) Also, I was already doing exercise before starting the program (jogging, hicking etc). I just started eating proteins, I will see if it helps. I dont expect miracles, but I can tell you for sure that I feal it's a good WO. I took pictures at the beginning, cant wait to compare them in 4 weeks...

I want to share a good news, just weigh myself on a scale with the fat %, I lost 8% body fat!!! big news for me... I feal even better, considering that I did not see improvement!

I just finished my first week of SI6 and just completed my first workout with BIU early this morning. I must say, I felt the burn. especially with those leg lifts and crunches. I'm dieting as well and trying to eat as healthy as possible while making frequent trips to the gym each week for 1 hour cardio workouts. I'm hoping to lose about 30 pounds.
So far, I haven't seen any results, just felt them. Any advice? or sucess stories?
