I have a calendar where i have been writing down my off workout days and i have been in average doing 5 times a week of SI6. I completed my 4 th week and I am in day 4 of my 5th. I am kinda loosing my motivation cause I haven´t lost anymore pounds since my third week and almost no changes in my mesures either..... has this happened to anyone....I feel like I have just a couple of weeks to go (considering a 7th week for the days i´ve missed) and I don´t feel like there is going to be much more of a change ...help!!! by the way I have been watching what I eat
Hey pcygb--I know exactly what your talking about. I sort of stopped the SI6 too because I wasn't seeing the results I was looking for. Yes, I did get stronger and the workouts kicked my butt, but the flab didn't seem to be going. I was in my last week and I sort of just switched my routine up. I am starting to see results now and am motivated to continue what I'm doing. I have been doing a cardio video for about 45 minutes to an hour, then going to BIU and forwarding to the arm section. I have started doing the arm segemnet twice in a row now and may up it three times soon, then on to the ab section of BUI then to finish, I do Slim 6 Pack. All total I'm spending a little over an hour a day but it goes fast because it's all broken up and different (I change the cardio program every few days.)
Flagirl- Hope you're feelling better now. Sounds like your seeing some progress. I'm glad your boyfriend agrees. It makes it easier to stick to it with some positive re-enforcement. Keep up the good work!!
After reading all the good things about Slim in 6 in this post , I just ordered my own DVD set.
Please let me know if I can also join your group ? It will take 5-7 days for the package to arrive.
This is the first time I have ever done something like this, I mean ordering some weightloss plan by watching on TV and reading one post thread.
I don't have to loss weight ..just inches on my thigh and mid section.
I hope I did the right thing....
Any tips/suggestions ?

Hi Tanya
I just recently purchased SI6 also due to recommendations. I've just started with it and must say I enjoy it so far.
(I like your name it's my daughters name too)
I think I have been going crazy on this. I ordered my SI6 from BB, but everyday I am just reading and reading on it.
I know at the end of the day I only will have to work hard on it, but more and more reviews gives me confidence that this might just work.
I do have a question to ask you all, I was regular in my workout almost 9-10 months ago, right before i got lazy lost motivation and found zillions of reasons to not go to gym. Lately I haven't been working out, do you think its a good idea to jump into 6 days(1 hr each) of regular workout is a good idea ?
I do want to loss some inches before Christmas
.
jrise: Even i don't have the DVD yet, but after reading and reading I found out :
1. Start with SIU Start It Up for 1-2 weeks, to get used to of the workout, then
2. Move to RIU Ramp It Up for another 1-2 weeks, you should like most the people here in this forum should start seeing toning/weight loss/inches loss.
3. Start BIU Burn It Up for 2 weeks, then you may with this routine or just mix it up.
It sounded very promising provided you follow the instructions also mind your diet.
Ladies ???
I've been on the program for a while now and I mix it up everyday. I started the SIU for 2 weeks (twice a day), then went to the RIU for about a week and it kicked my butt and now what I've been doing is SIU in the mornings or the ab workout with the stretching because I don't have that much time in the mornings. When I get home, about 3 - 4 nights a week, I do the RIU. I haven't even looked at the BIU but will start that after my vacation next week ~ I'll post how I'm doing - YIKES!!! I know I've lost inches, but I haven't really toned up yet. It will take some time - definitely not in just 6 weeks. I feel MUCH better since I've started the program and I still look forward to doing it each week.
Hang in there and just do it!!!! I'm not an exercise buff or expert, but I do believe that if you do something at least 3, 4 or 5 times a week, you are going to feel much better about yourself and the way you look and I've found that this program does just that for me. I'll eventually end up buying more videos later.
Gals !! I just received my SI6 package.
Took all the measurements and just saw the videos. Now I do have fews questions :
1. I was under impression that all these videos are 60 mins long, but SIU is only 25 mins, RIU is only 50mins. does that mean for first 2 weeks I am only supposed to do 25 mins workout ?
2. I was planning to add Slim and Limber (15 mins) to my SIU workout routines.
Should I do before or after ?
3. Has anyone tried 2 days fast here ? did it help ? It sounds very much like south beach diet phase one.
Wish me luck :) and will look forward to your replies.

Hello all! It's Friday night & I'm starting day one on this thing. I look forward to hopefully seeing some changes soon. I'm 5'8" and currently weigh in at 162lbs. My goal is to hit 135 by March 21 (or sometime near that date). I'm not overly concerned with my weight, but I'd really like to lose inches! Hope this helps with that.

But come January I'm going to do another round of Slim in 6. While the workouts can get a bit boring and the music is a bit lame, the results are amazing! And so so worth it! I'm really looking forward to starting 2008 with a leaner me. Especially in time for my birthday in February!

Hello everyone, I am about to receive my SI6 series in a couple days. I was researching the reviews for it, and happened to come across this forum, I was ecstatic. The highest weight I've ever been was 252, and after I ended the relationship with my fiance a few years ago, I went down to 180. Since then I have yoyoed up to 210, and finally came back down to 185. I love my job, but I sit at a desk for 12 hours. I used to have jobs that I was always on my feet. Plus, I realized when I get stressed or bored at work, I eat. We don't have scheduled breaks, so we eat at our desks while working. I have realized that smoking for me does help for craving of food, when I shouldn't be eating. I hope to quit, after I stick to being healthy and getting to my goal weight. When my sister lost a lot of weight. I realized that I probably have a smaller frame then I thought I had. I have done Taebo and Dennis Austin workouts a couple times. I can't stand Dennis Austin, she just annoys me. The last time I did Taebo, which was last week. Instead of using smalls balls to hold on to like they did. I decided to use my 3 lb. weights. Wow, I quit after a half of the workout. Anyways, probably another reason wanting to get more fit is because my boyfriend is skinny. He's 6'0 and wears 31 inch jeans! That's very difficult for me. I will stop rambling. Is anyone else about to start this SI6 series, that would like to start with me?

Well, now here's the sad part. I know it works. I know it does since I've already done it, and experienced amazing results. SO why can't I get off my butt and do it? I need motivation. Anyone have any ideas???
Thanks
Yuri
Do you want to do the SI6 together? I need someone who will yell via email...lol...if I lose track.
Thanks!
Yuri
