I found Slim  in  6  to be great for toning, it is not dreadfully hard to do. I did the 6 weeks and found my self toned!  I looked great, I did the Slim and Six pack daily too which made my abs look decent.  I have not done this in about 2 years now but would love to start it again, that is if i can get my girls to nap at the same time!  Anyone doing it, or about to start it?  I am ready for the 6 week challenge.  I am eager to start but fear not following through... I know it works!  I have seen results firsthand!  I need a buddy!

Hi Heather~ I just ordered my SI6 last night, but being in Hawaii I won't get it until around the 12th.  I'll start when I get it and hopefully it will match up around when you start!  Happy I researched the program too and found this site.  Good job to all you ladies out there who have already begun!

Hi,

Can anyone post the slim in 6 diet plan.

I just want to start up with, but have no good idea of diet chart.

Can anyone help me to eat right kind of food and reduce weight.

bye

Hey!  Looks like the thread went eerily quiet in the past few weeks . . ..

I'm just getting excited for SI6.   It was ordered a few days ago, so should be arriving shortly.

Anyone getting started this week?  I think I could use a survival group.  I loved reading the early threads from the folks who were cheering each other on.

I'm not in great shape and am a wee bit nervous about SI6, but am determined not to wait until the holidays have done further damage before getting started on a fitness plan.

Anyone with me?  Who wants to end the six-week push at New Years?

I will NOT be the fat sister in the holiday pictures.  Not this year!
