OK, I'm weighing in at 151# today.

Hi! I'm jumping in here...

I'm 5'7", 158 as of this morning, started at 165 and hope to get down to 120.  It seems like such a long way to go.

I started the Couch to 5K program on Coolrunnings.com, and so far it has been pretty worth it (although I'm only on Week1).

Can't wait to be able to wear a bathing suit without crying when I put it on!

Are we still doing this?  I have maintained my 151 all week, which I am very excited about since this means it's real weight loss and not just water.  Hooray!  Anyone else have an update?

Hi Everyone!

I would love to join you guys if I could!  I am 5 '6" and started CC last week at 168 (last friday) and as of today I am 165.5! 

My main motivation is because I gained 40 pounds through University (so much for the freshman 15!), and I just graduated.  I want to lose a good chunk of it and get toned before I go on a backpacking trip to southeast asia at the end of september!  I cant face those nice Bali and Thailand beaches like this!  I wish you guys luck for this week ahead!   Its nice to know there are people around my stats, with the same goals!  What are you guys all doing in terms of cals and exercise?  If any of you has any tips I would love to hear!

i was 5'8" and around 167.  now i'm 145 on my way to 135.  i'm still 5'8" ;)

I'm 5'8" and 155 lbs.

I used to be 135 lbs during a severe depression (lack of apetite) and then I ballooned to bigger than I've ever been (170 lbs).
But apparently, 135 lbs was underweight.
So I'm aiming for 140ish.

Here's hoping!
