anyone else having a bad week?
this week didn't get off to a very good start for me
anyone else? tomorrow is gonna be different! i promise.

I had a terrible week. Today is my first day under 1500. My regular burn is like 1800 so that's suckish for me. I bet I gained. *blargs*

i finished school today.
Forever.
so i decided to go party.
and my calorie intake doesn't approive of partying.
but i figure one day is fine.
what should i eat tomorrow however, if i've gone over my calorie intake for today?
less? same as usual? etc.
more exercise?

Just like love_live_dance I had my last day of school FOREVER (!) recently too so there has been lots of high-cal partying too....getting it back under control now though! Thankfully!! Sometimes when you start it can feel like you'll never get back on track but you just have to draw the line!
and love_live_life, I think if you've gone over your calorie intake for the day, you should still try to meet your caloric requirements for the next day, to keep your metabolism strong, but I always try to drink a lot of water and healthy foods if possible!! And you can always do a bit more exercise to burn off the extra cals that you had before. :)
I've been having the worst two weeks ever :/ so I feel ya.
I hope to feel better soon though *sigh* this sucks!
I'm having a pretty bad week as well! The weekend I had ALOT of extra calories!!! And yesterday was such I high calorie day, I HAD to workout just to offset it a bit!

Mine's been kind of crappy. I did a poor job lifting on monday.. stopped early.. yesterday I didn't eat enough (Low carb day, it's hard to get 16-1700 cals with 10-20% carbs) because I was out of a few food items.. also no new weight loss this week.. like just after I started seeing results from switching to a new program, it stopped yet again, seems like the rate at which I plateau after weight loss starts back up due to diet changes is increasing exponentially.. hard to keep motivation when I'm so ridiculously strict and doing a plan that people always seem to report breaking their plateaus on, yet I seem to be entering a plateau once again, only 8-10 lbs from my goal..
i'm having a bad week in terms of weight loss, but that doesn't translate into a bad week in generally. on the contrary, i've had a great week in most ways. i'm not going to let one aspect of my life determine my overall well-being.
My week is going pretty bittersweetly actually. My hubby has left for a month and a half and I am so depressed that all I want to do is sit in front of my TV and eat myself stupid. Instead of that I've decided that instead of feeling utterly sorry for myself I will keep myself busy and go to the gym every day. Hopefully when he gets back I'll look so good he'll never want to leave again!

This week has been terrible, health-wise and personal wise. So much pressure, from so many different places.
