Does anyone else carry a lot of their weight in ONE part of their body?
I am currently 5'5" and about 125 pounds but I feel like I look so much bigger than I am because most of my weight is in my thighs and hips. Its very frustrating because weight wise I dont think I need to lose weight, but my thighs are so large for my frame that I do end up looking sort of bottom heavy and I feel fat. Does anyone else carry their weight in one main part of their body?
I hate how I look in the bathing suit! All my clothes are so snug around my hips and very unflattering!
Thighs. My body is very weird, since my collarbones are VERY visible and I constantly get to hear that from other people. Im all skin and bones up my waist, but down from there Im a pile of fat...
We (and I'm the biggest offender) say the meanest stuff about ourselves. We should stop doing that. Our poor bodies are doing the best they can!
YES! My stomach!
For some reason I have pretty good legs and arms, but my tummy is as round as....wel, I look like a teddy bear.
Sit ups seem to be helping, but I need to find other things that just use the stomach. I'm getting bored!
I have what one might call and "hourglass figure"... but it's not working out that well. My chest in 41", my waist is 32", and my butt is 44"... add a tummy pooch and huge thighs, and that's my body in a nut shell. It makes pants impossible to find because they'll fit my butt and have several inches of room in the waist. Shirts are a struggle because if it's not fitted, you can't see my waist line and it looks like I have a 40" waist as well! I hope to loose a little weight everywhere and see what happens...
Well if I really had to narrow it down to where I'm biggest at those places would be my thighs, hips, upper arms, and the lower part of my tummy.
my boobs also!
I am a size 2 with a 28" ribcage, but my cup size is an DDDD (E)
i also recently started carrying weight in my outer thighs!!
Well I wouldn't mind if most of my weight went to my ta-ta's...however, I imagine it gives incredibly painful back aches.
Why do I get bad cramps after I eat?
