does anyone else feel this way?

I've been feeling strange this past month.  If I don't eat 20 or so minutes after waking up, I feel nauseous and my stomach feels really empty, yes greasy at the same time (the only way i can describe it).

I know 100% that I am not pregnant.  I exercise 6 days when I can and for no more than an hour.  I eat around 1500-1700 calories (and on days I run, I can reach 1900). I'm 135 and 5' 7", and my weight hasn't changed during this month.  I have dinner around 7PM.  I try to stay away from junk, but I indulge in the occassional pizza and stuff. I've never had this feeling before, and I hoped it would go away, but it's still there.  Is this common? Should I just disregard it and just eat something as soon as I get up?

Thanks for your help!

Have you ever tried taking probiotics? I have a lot of gastro problems (celiac encompassing dairy and nuts) and these are the only way that my stomach will digest things properly.  I get the little pills from Whole Foods and take about 3 every day.
No I haven't...but I usually don't have stomach problems. Did your stomach feel kind of like mine and did it help when you took probiotics?

Thanks~
I think 'greasy' is a pretty good way to describe it.  They definitely helped me and it's worth a shot, right? Laughing
