Is anyone else freezing?

Quote  |  Reply

Am I so cold because I've lost 24 lbs since last winter or is it really that cold?   I'm freezing, but I refuse to start wearing winter clothes already.  What happened to fall?  That's one of the things I look forward to here in Pittsburgh is the whole experience of fall.  It has a wonderful smell and the leaves change color and most of all, the weather is mild.

Eventually, I realize I'll have to dress warmer, I just didn't think it would be so soon.

I am always colder than everybody around me. I went to Penn State and regularly have to walk 20 mins to class in 30 degree weather and windy conditions (Iweighed about 210 lbs) . After college though, I lived in Miami for a year (2006-07) and would go running on the beach and heat. I then moved back to Pittsburgh and have lost over 50 lbs since college. I love that I lost the weight (currently weigh about 145 lbs and just finished my 1st marathon) but am always cold. Now anything below 60 degrees and I just want to hibernate!

I love the cold so bring it on...of course I still have a lot of weight to lose so I am sure that is keeping me well insulated!  Ask me this time next year if I am cold...LOL

I do want fall though....the slightly warm days and cool crisp nights.....I am soooo not ready for winter yet!

Yes, its freezing!  The worst part is that we have a hotel pre-paid on the other side of the state this weekend---we were planning on taking the convertible beetle for a road trip to enjoy the fall foliage...now they're calling for freezing rain!  WAHHHH!!!

well maybe the rain won't make it over the mountains and it will be nice out that way....the Power of Positive Thinking!!!

And who knows, the weatherman is hardly ever correct..LOL
