Hey...my names Robyn...I was just wondering if anyone else feels that they need to eat at certain times during the day. For example, if I eat breakfast at 8:00 then I will have lunch at 12:00 then a snack at 3 dinner at 6 and then another snack at 9. I just wanted to know if I'm the only one that obsesses a little over what times I eat.

I used to be like that soooo  bad. Like if I wasnt home when I was supposed to eat, I would just skip it...but I have loosened up and know skipping is something I definitely should NOT do.  I also have this weird fear of eating too many calories at once.  But I know a calorie is a calorie and worrying about WHEN I eat is irrational. I do still have problems with it though.  But I guess the best thing to do if you dont eat at a certain time, is just eat more next time you eat.  But yea, this concept has definitely caused me a lot of anxiety, so your not alone, haha!

yes def!! I used to basically restrict myself basically if I ate anything even if was something as small as a couple pieces of fruit I would force myself to wait atleast 2 hours before eating again sometimes more if it was something bigger.  It was really bad, you learn to get over that though and eventually just start eating when you have an appetite or in some cases you just have to force yourself.

Your not alone. I have a apple in the AM. Lunch at 12 pm and dinner at 9 pm. I stick to it. 

oo lordy i am the worst! i plan out my meals a day beforehand. i strictly eat every 3 hours, usually at 8am, 11am, 2pm, 5pm, and 8pm.
