Little difference in the height and weight. But i want help to!  Im 5'3" and 143lbs.  I want to get to 124lbs.

I'm 5'4" and 140.  Two weeks ago, when I started on this site, I was 150.  I aim to lose another 10 and then look in the mirror to decide if that will be time to stop.  Can I join your ban?  ;)

 

Most definitely.  How do you manage to watch what you eat?  I'm a big snacker when I'm bored so that's been my downfall.

I track my points on weight watchers and I track my calories on here.  I try really hard to get enough protein but it seems impossible.  When I'm hungry, I spend time looking at my daily analysis, look at my weight tracking chart, surf the net researching nutrition information.  So basically, I think about food rather than eating.  If that doesn't work, I eat something small and satisfying like an apple or a few carrots.

What do you do?

Oh that's a good idea.  Normally I'd go for a walk, but I hurt my knee so I'm having a really hard time distracting myself.  Looking at this seems like a good idea though.
I am 5'4 ish and about 160. I want to lose 30 pounds,a nd because I am almost 40 I really need to stay tone. I go to the gym every week, and I guess just need motivation. I wish I could by TIME!!! I don't have enough time to get to the gym and prepare foods that are healthy.

I am 5'6", about 170.

I am trying to get to 140- but will be happy if I hit 145. I have been on here since 1/10- doing great logging everything, and have not seen the scale move. Keeping my calories where they need to be but just having a hard time. I am a snacker too, that has been hard. I have gone to eating five mini-meals a day, which is good, because every 3 hours I need to eat. I go to the gym at least 5 days a week. The week is easy, it is the weekend that is tough, my husband and I want to go out and have a couple of beers, and then you just want to eat something without worrying... when you get home your whole week is ruined.

I need help too.

paulataylor8 I know my aunt really likes to make her meals for the week on one day she has off (granted, if you don't have a day off that wouldn't work), then she's set for the rest of the week.

I'm 5'4" 150lbs.. looking to lose at least 15, maybe more. I've been on CC since the middle of Sept or so, but I took a a few weeks off for Christmas break and then another 3 weeks to study abroad! I really want to be beach ready at this point. ;)

I don't need any specific suggestions, but browsing CC really distracts me when I need distracting, so I'm on all the time anyway.

I have a problem with the snacks to.  I work at a gym and its hard sometimes becuase I sit in a chair while other people come work out.  Then when i get bored the first thing i think about is what i could eat.  My boss always gets snickers to leave in here so thats my problem is those snickers!  In the morning when im hungry after breakfast i drink orange passionfruit jasmine green tea.  Its really good and keeps your mind off food.

now I am back up to 141lbs and trying to get to 130lbs on my own.

I am 5'4.5".

 WOO! HOOO!!!!!  There are a lo more people ou there about the same size as us than I thought.  The last time I saw something for 5'5"-ish people almost everyone was already kinda skinny (being 115 or less) and was complaining about it.  Personally I could never be that thin and be healthy cause it's not my build and not my genes (not meaning to offend anyone small if it's your build), so it's good to see people more my size.

miss_sweet of course you can join.  That's what we're here for!  Good job on getting down to 135 the first time.  I'm sure you can do it again.Smile

wow! I'm 5'5" and 154.  My goal's 130, but that might change when I see how I look when I get down there.  I just started at this site about 3 weeks ago.  I've been struggling this week and need to pull myself out of it!
