still searching for someone with similar situation as me for buddy support. :D sheesh. 5'6 139lbs looking to lose maybe 10-20ish pounds (we'll see how i feel after 10). already work out 6 days a week and eat pretty well, just trying to kick it up a notch to stop maintaing and start losing.

I'm 5'3" and now 137. I've lost 9 lbs so far. Goal is 10 more pounds, which if reached, I get to buy myself a Zune:) The more I keep reading/learning, the more I wonder if my goal weight should be lower. I just remember being in super shape in my mid-20's and weighed 128 (I'm now 33), so I can't imagine getting lower than that. I had fit in size 3's and 5's and looked good, so I think I'll stick with my current goal for now.
I'm supposed to be studying for an Economics exam...lol. Instead I'm online with Seinfeld on the TV in the background. Time for bed though.
I'm almost in the same situation. I'm just about 5'6 and around 130 - 135lbs. I have been working out for 3 days/week and eat very good. my issue is that I want to tone-up and maybe keep my weight around 125lbs. I find that one week I'm at 130lbs and then the next I'm at 135lbs .... it's weird but if anyone has tips how I can switch up my work-outs for a better impact let me know.
