Does anyone else like working out ?
Add me to the list! I love working out, both during & after. I enjoy pushing myself & cranking out high intensity cardio, as well as challenging myself w/ maximal & explosive strength moves.
I've always been up & down w/ food, but it's getting better. I'm learning to cope w/ my feelings sans food & realizing how even one decision to eat junk can send me off the deep end.
I hope that w/ the help of CC & other sources of RT support, I'll be able to strike a healthy balance w/ food.
Yes, as a matter of fact, I feel guilty if a day goes by and I don't work out!
I'm right there with you!

For years I exercised three or four times a week as a chore, something I needed to do. When I started exercising almost everyday, I started to enjoy it. Now I really enjoy going to the gym and working hard. I take all different types of classes and it is actually fun, especially the yoga and belly dancing!
I have grown to like it, mostly because I really feel I did something to change my situation, I am the one in control and that gives me a kick
I used to be too lazy to be bothered, heh
I love it. I will admit that every once in a while I have a day when I'm just slugging it out because I feel like i have to (maybe...5% of the time). But most of the time, I'm there because I like it! And even though I'm not really social at the gym, I like seeing the same regulars doing their same routines etc. It makes me feel like a normal person. As opposed to when I'm sitting around next to a bunch of couch zombies and I want to get up and move, but they don't. Seriously, I'm addicted. I have so much energy now..it really makes the rest of my life seem so much easier!
I love the happier, more relaxed feeling you get after working out. Like I'll be in a b*tchy mood, go to the gym, and come home skipping through the door. It's a relief to my mom, at least. :)
well...on many days I still have a mental fight with myself to get to the gym. However, once I am there, I am in heaven! I put on my ipod and just go nuts on the elpitical trainer. For about an hour. I love where it takes me in my mind, I love the sweat pouring off me, the way I feel during and after. I'm a much better mom on days I work out, which is 5x a week.
I love what the weight training is doing for my body.
In other words
WORKING OUR ROCKS!
I love it too... but I hate the prospect of it being gym night!
I go every other day but when its gym night I've got to really motivate myself to go.
I'm quite sure I've had a Gollum like argument with myself about the pros and cons of going to the gym whilst walking home from work on more than one occasion... lol am i selling myself as weird here?

Bahah, not weird at all, I'm very much the same way :P
i hate working out so much I try to limit them to 7days week ; (
no really I do hate it. and I only work out 6 days a week. Ok I lie.
I use to work out 6 days a week, now its down to 5 days a week but I still hate it.
I hate the fact that I lost close to 50 lbs, I hate the fact that I went down 4 pants size. I hate the fact that I am alway complimented on how good im looking, I hate the fact that my diabetes is under control and my blood pressure is great. All this from working out.
I am not on a diet, I am changing my life style.

That's me down to a tee also, I still struggle every day to actually get up and do it, every day I have to talk myself into it, I come up with excuses in my head as to why it's OK if I skip today. But once I am actually 10 minutes into it I start to enjoy it and love the feeling I have afterwards!
