Not yet, I have just started today. Can't wait to see how much of them I will lose.

i've been dieting since Oct 2008, haven't happened to me yet!

I have lost just over 40 pounds and have gone from a D cup to a C cup which is now starting to bet a little big.I still have 15 pounds to lose and could become a B cup . . . . . even though at my slimmest about 15 years ago I was always a C cup :-)

Yes.  I seem to lose weight from the neck down..  Every time I lose I get smaller.  not fair, but one of the prices we have to pay.

I have lost 80 lbs and have gone from a 38DD to a 36C. As long as I don't lose more boob, I'm fine with where I am now.

It's kind of a financial strain for me to buy a whole new wardrobe, so I'm wearing Walmart bras for now :)

I've mostly lost butt, though *sigh* now I have no curves.  It's a blessing and a curse...

Yes the boobs have gone. When I started they were a 40D I am now happily a 34C. Most people lose weight from the top down.

cool well thats a good size too!Smile

I have only been at this 1 1/2 months but have went from a 40DD to a 38DD. My Victoria Secrets have to wait until I get to goal. I will be kind of sad to see the girls go.

I've only just started and I don't have enough boob to lose! It has to come off everywhere else first.

I have noticed the same thing. I guess it's the price we pay to try to lose weight. What I've been told to do by a few people is work out the muscles behind your boobs (what would be the pecs on a man). To me it seems like it keeps them pretty perky even if you lose a little fat in that area.

A friend of mine increased a cup size after doing boot camp with lots of push-ups which increased her pectoralis muscles. And they are also perkier. But other friends have also lost boobs when they lost weight. I'm going to try including push-ups in my work outs.

She's right, try push ups!  It may or may not actually make the girls bigger, but it will definitely make them perkier, and it's a pretty basic knowledge that as long as the girls are PERKY they are always sexy, no matter what size, lol.  I've lost about 15 or 20 pounds in the past, but incorpotrated push ups, about 20 usually, but I used to be in the Navy and my future hubs and I came up with a really fun challenge to do in the office while at sea (we worked in seperate offices but our co-workers loved it too!).  During downtime, we used to get up from the desk, and drop and do at least 10 pushups.  Doing so about 5 or so times a night (I was working graveyard), I worked my way up to 50 pushups a day.  I'm not saying it would be appropriate to do so at a civilian job, but if you think you could get away with it, it really is a blast to get everyone going in on!  It was so much fun being the only girl but still having a little competition with the guys.  Anyway, case is, my boobs shrunk a little too, but, my, were they perky!

Ive been working out for about 3 months now.  before i started i was a b cup and i have lost a little but not enough to get into an a cup.  it does suck cause i feel like i was small to begin with.

i have tried doing push ups but i could only do one.  im weak!

tgeving, it's ok!  I couldn't do them either at first.  And since I stopped doing them for so long you'd get a good laugh seeing me do just 2 now!  But you have to do a little every other day until your body and form get used to it.  It's a lot like running a mile straight- you really have to just practice a little at a time and build yourself up.  If your knees can handle it, try "girl" pushups.  But they're just not the same, and they are murder on at least my knees.  Good luck!

Hi!

If you want to do regular pushups but with a modification that doesn't bruise your knees, try incline pushups instead until you get strong enough to lower yourself to doing regular ones on the floor...

http://exercise.about.com/cs/weightlifting/l/ blinclinepushup.htm

Also, if your back is hurting when you do pushups or if you find yourself unable to keep your body ramrod straight (which you should), make sure you work on strengthening your core muscles so you can keep from sagging when you do your pushups. You can also use a higher level for your hands that doesn't put as much stress on your back. As you get stronger, slowly make the incline less and less until you're doing regular pushups on the floor.

Hope that helps! I did these when I was pregnant (though I used a higher incline than on the video, and when my belly got really big, I was doing them by holding the back of the couch).

Yes, in fact, they were one of first things to go. hahaha!Fortunately, I didn't like having big boobs. I really hope that my skin eventually shrinks a bit with weight lifting because right now they kinda droopy. I feel more like myself with smaller breasts. I say embrace the change!

i wish i was loosing mine. ive lost about 10 pounds. the whole reason im losing weight is to shrink my DDs to a normal human size. they just dont fit my body proportions. :(
