Ok, so I started on this site as well as started my diet on Monday. I am doing a low calorie diet, 1200 cal, and low carb only natural sugar diet. I did really well during the day on Mon and Tue, but tanked on dinner both nights. Today I feel like I havent done so good either. I also havent worked out. That to me is key in keeping me feeling good and motivated! I am READY to get this Diet really started and stick to it, but I need YOUR help.
Would you like a weight loss partner, I don't have one and I believe it would help. It's nice to know someone else that is going through the same thing and can be supportive of you in it. I'm the only one in my house trying to lose weight and it is hard, if you don't have someone understanding what it is like, how much of a battle it is.

is it possible your aren't eating enough during the day? that can cause you to be super-hungry by dinner time and then you're likely to overeat. do you mind me asking how much you'd like to lose? i'm going to lose 20 pounds, and hopefully 12 of that will be by april - my husband and i are going to italy then!
