Hey,

I just wanted to know if anyone else on here has gotten them yet?

And if so what do you think.

I really like them, I loved the 30 day shred so I purchased these right after they came out!!AND WOW!!! they are tough. I love the feeling like I am getting somewhere.

Anyway, Just wanted to know what the rest of the Jillian Fans thought!

I am probably going to get the Boost Metabolism video if not both.  I have 30 day shred and really like it but feel like 20 min. just isn't enough for me some days.  I would love to have a good indoor cardio option.  Do you need any weights (and what size) for the trouble spots DVD?

I use my 3lbs and 6lbs depending on the exercise. The metabolism dvd doesn't require any weights.

Exercise TV onDemand has her stuff and I love the No More Trouble Zones. Totally kicks my butt and after the backwards lunges with arm raises, my arms want to die. I need to go out and buy them since it is about to go away on onDemand next week :( Good bye free exercise

Did you buy them online or in a store?? I'm interested in getting them but would much rather buy them in a store than deal with online ordering and shipping!

Quick question: are either of these new dvd's the same format (or similiar) to the Shred? ie. 3 strength, 2 cardio, 1 abs?

I love the 30 Day Shred...it's the only workout dvd I've been able to stick with without getting bored!

I love both her new dvds! A lot of people were saying that BFBM was harder then "30 Day Shred," but I didn't find it to be, though I loved it!

NMTZ is a total killer! Mainly because I only have 8 pounds weights where they use 3..I swear it almost killed me! I'll get use to it though like I did with "30 Day Shred."

I got the No More Trouble Zones for $8.47 at a local Sam's Club.  I thought that price was pretty reasonable, although I always say that I think the real way Jillian keeps fit is by lifting all her huge sacks full of money. ;-)   Anyway, it really is a great workout, I enjoy it.

The other one looks great too, but I decided not to get it based on the pics of the workout on the back of the case, due to my own space constraints.  Looks like there's some kicks involved and I suspect the room where I do my exercise videos is too small for that kind of thing.  The good news is a coworker plans to get that one, and she'll let me borrow it so I can find out for sure.

FWIW, I'm not really a Jillian fan per se.  I've never seen Biggest Loser and actually didn't know she was on it until my coworker mentioned it.  I do seem to really enjoy the workouts she puts together though, so I do now look for her videos on purpose.  Still no plans to ever watch Biggest Loser though!

I got mine on amazon.. but only because something else i had ordered wasn't available anymore.. I really love her workouts

if you had to choose between the two DVDs, which one would you say is the best overall workout?

No trouble zones by far is amazing.

Just a question, but would you guys consider NMTZ to be under the category of "Circuit Training?" Because that's what I have been logging it in as since it's mentioned on the back cover of the dvd. Ha ha. That's the only thing I hate about dvds I never know what to log them down as!

I log it in as circuit training because that's what our girl Jillian calls it.

decided to get both DVDs....they are awesome!! Sweated like a little piggy during BFBM...so great :)

I just started the 30 Day Shred - and I'm on day #2 - and can BARELY  move my legs...lol  So sore!

Has anyone had success with completion of this?  If so, what phyiscal changes have happened?

I did  not do it 30 days in a row.... but I did it 4-5 times a week and my whole body composition has changed.

First, my arms, upper and lower are completely ripped, my arms are totally muscular, in a feminine way.

My waist had whittled away and I have a "v taper" , the muscles in my upper  chest have developed while slimming my waist.  I have no chest what so ever(thanks to nursing three beautiful babies) but this dvd has built up my pectoral muscles so I can wear low cut tops, and look like I have cleavage, because the muscles have created some definition.

Then on to my abs.. i have a six pack. I do have some excess skin so you can't see them totally but they are there, my obliques are defined.

My legs are also changed a ton, but I have alot of excess skin there to so it is hard for me to see those changes.

As you can tell i am a firm believer in Jillian Michaels,  Her workouts have changed my life.  I know that I can do whatever I put my  mind to. I hope this helps.

I did Jillian's 30 day shred 1 and 2 yesterday plus her Boost Metablosm and my legs and back are unbelievably sore today. My arms always hurt after shoulder raises and backwards squats.

I agree with dispatchn, Jillian's workouts will change your body. I've been working out for years and going to the gym for over a 1 yr and 1/2 and haven't felt this way. It's worth it

wow!  That's encouraging!  Did you lose weight (if so, how many lbs?)  in addition to these awesome changes?

My legs are burning from yesterday's workout - after her DVD I did go to the gym to do some strength training on my legs, so hopefully I didn't over due it. It's not painful as in the kind of pain you feel from something wrong - but absolutely a burn like I did something so right!

Some of Jillian's moves are taken from pilates, so if you need a change, get some pilates DVDs, those will also kick your butt.

I didn't start the shred until I was already basically at my goal weight.

Actually when I started the next levels i would always have like a 1 or 2 lb gain.

So don't be shocked!

I got NMTZ and BFBM in the mail today!  I can't wait to try them out.

I am on about day 14 of 30 day shred and my plan is to do 30DS and one of the two new videos (switching between the two) a day.  Is this realistic or am I nuts?  I always feel so good after 30DS that I just want to keep going.
