YES!

All weekend I cheated on my diet!  UGH!  Having a hard time getting back into it.

Okay first I want to start by saying..OMG...YOU LOOK FANTASTIC!!! GREAT JOB!! What an accomplishment..you must be so proud of yourself!!! Secondly I am having one of those weeks..whats up with that??? Wish I had an answer though. WAY TO GO!!

Oh thanks :) Ha.

Bah the boss is making her rounds.

Back to looking semi busy.

I should trash those pretzels and pretend I know nothing :) Theyre really haunting me.

Time goes by so slow today at work. I've been wanting to eat my afternoon snack ever since I got back from lunch. It's raining here, I just feel like going home and eating salt and vinegar chips... :) But I won't.

My brain wont shut up!

I have peanut butter on the brain, chips, salsa, chocolate, chilli, the list goes on.

I will be good.

:) I need to learn meditation.

I busted my foot yesterday during softball practice, stuck home today, bored out of my brain and so horribly hungry. I can usually afford to eat a lot with all the excercise I do, but not today. So far, I've managed to not go overboard, telling myself it's just not worth it. Been snacking on frozen veggies instead.

I think I got ahold of the 'i wanna binge' monster. It's been over taken with a craving for peanut butter...

Sounds bad, but I have some pb2 at home. sounds like bp toast for dinner ;) of course I'll eat more than just that.

I might need to invest in some of this pb2 in the future. PB is my binge food :X I've been at home and bored all week so I know what you mean, the kitchen is a mere 5-10 ft away from me at all times! Not to mention one of my favorite hobbies is baking.

Meditation and yoga are great and I also just wanted to say that you look amazing! I checked out your profile and omg you have accomplished sooo much! It's really inspirational and I'm so happy that you're healthy now!

Aw thanks. Every day is a constant battle. It really is like over coming an addiction.

Some days are easier than others, but ones like today try to take over me! :)

Everyone here is doing so great. I can't stand being at home all day because the kitchen calls me even if I'm not near it.

Thanks for this post. I've eaten an excess of 8167 calories since Saturday! Friday there was a death in the family and an injury is  keeping me from the gym, so I just kind of threw in the towel.

I want to try pb2, but I don't think it's sold in Canada.

You're an inspiration. If you can overcome the call of the cookies, so can I.

Tell me about it!! I once had a day when I was SUPER hungry, I just ate and ate and didn't even bother to log. I ate about SIX bananas in five minutes! then I had rice on BREADSurprised!! Yes, I was THAT hungry..and of course, it was at night.

Hope I made you feel better, in fact, I'm sure I did Lol.

Yes, I had 2 of those days with no regrets, but I am back on track now.

Bah.

several times a month. grr

yes...i've been having one of these days for the past 6 days now. i've just been binging :(

Yesterday and today have been like that. D: I'm just generally feeling like "screw this! Whatever, don't care. BLAHH" and I ended up splurging just a moment ago. :D Right now I don't care, but tomorrow I'm going to freak. It'll be fun.

Also, there's many kinds of meditation, some religious some not, but I recomend just focusing on the breath. You can sit wherever you'd like or even lay down (as long as you don't fall asleep!) and you can keep your eyes open or keep them closed, whatever is comfortable.. and just breath. Some people find it hard to focus on the breath, so you can just bring your attention to the rise and fall of your belly or your nostrils, or if you're comfortable with the feeling of you breathing, that's good too. You just do that for as long as you possibly can. Don't daydream, try to bring all your focus on the breath (which means when you start thinking of something else, you bring your focus back).. it sometimes helps to count the breaths to 10 (inhale 1, exhale 1, and repeat) and then to start over again.

Guided meditation is also very handy too. You can probably find a bunch of those somewhere on the net. :D

And now you know how. Just need to.. put it into action. <3

I have done the breathing while just laying in bed before, but sometimes the want to "eat" is too strong. I close my eyes and see food in my mind, and then I imagine sand falling on it like an hour glass. Just slowly drifting the food away. It seems to work if I focus on sand for some reason. :)

I discovered my desire to eat was accompanied by TTOM. :) Go figure..
