I have a HUGE breakfast so that I don't snack at work, then a large lunch again so that I don't snack at work, and then a small dinner...well, a big plate, but it's generally under or near 200 calories (all those veggies!)

This hasn't hurt me, yet ;)
If I'm going to have a day out and know I might not be able to stop for snacks, I have a high protein breakfast.  It keeps me satisfied until lunchtime.  Most of the time I try to keep my breakfast under 300 calories and then have a 200 calorie snack mid morning.

I need to start again, I'm only have 300 calories for breakfast, and a whopping 600-700 calorie dinner!
