"Model weight" is 135 or more.
im 5' 8.5" and have a small frame.  until the age of 20 i weighed 129 and looked like a kid.  my goal now is 150 because i like to keep my curves.  my mom age 50 (same build) dropped down to 135-140 and looked sickly.

i plan to re-evaluate after every 5lbs.  i want to look healthy.

im 173 cm and weigh betweem 53-54 kg. I think ideal is like 125
I'm trying not to go with weight and instead go by inches/size. I really want to be a size 4, but I think I'd be happy in a 6. I'm definitely 5'8 by the way, and the lowest weight that is supposedly healthy for 5'8 is 125 (maybe not on this site as I've heard the BMI is set at 19 instead of 18.5 like everywhere else.) Whatever you do, just don't go below a weight that will put you below the healthy BMI of 18.5 :)
I'm 5'9 and my goal weight is 110 lbs but that's only because I don't have any muscle. According to the BMI system I'm underweight right now, at 120 lbs, but I don't consider BMI to be accurate.

Sunkissedbliss, why not try and put on more muscle instead of losing weight? You'll be looking good, feeling strong and full of energy. I know some people have a hard time putting on muscle, but it might really be worth the effort.

I used to be very fit, slim but curvy and quite strong. I'm trying to get back to that again. I'm still in the middle of my "healthy" range in the BMI, and I understand why it might not feel right. But I remember that I used to have more energy for everything. I'm getting there again!
I am 5' 6.5 and want to be about 135 the or whatever makes me a size 4-6!

I'm about 5'7" and my initial goal is 139lb=63kg. I just remember I felt quite good then. I have an hourglass shape that seems to carry a lot of weight well. I used to be about 128lb=58kg back in high school, but that would be a bit too thin at the moment.

i am 5'8" & about 150 lbs... I am a size 6/8 and have a fair amount of muscle... I would really like to be 140-145 but my body fights me like crazy on the last 5-10 lbs. BOO!
5'9'' 175 and a size 12

but goal is 150 and an 8 with alot of muscle :)
I'm 5'8" and currently in a size 12 at 180.

My goal is 138-140 possibly 150 depending on muscle.  I would like to fit back into my size 8 jeans and that's usually around 140 lbs. for me.  :-)
Im fine were im at right now =] so im maintaining

5'8 and 110lbs

i eat 1600 calories a day (Sedentary amount for my stats).
I'm maintaining too.

5'7", 113 lbs, also eating 1600 calories a day.
My goal weight is 135, being 32 with a child.  I would love to be around 127-130, but we'll see after I get to 135.
My goal weight is also 135...I haven't seen the 130's since before I had babies.

I'm 33 and just shy of 5'8".  I'm 155 lbs now, and have been gaining and losing the same 10 lbs for the past year.

Heck, if I could just get to the 140's again, I'd be happy!

Im five foot 5, so quite a bit shorter. My goal weight was orignally 105 ( I have a very petite build). However, I am currently 115 and look quite thin. Im trying to gain somebackin muscle. Point is,I think 125would be very thin on someone your height. 135-140 would be good.

I'm 5'7 with a small frame and currently weight 127. I've flucuated from 122-130 throughout the past few years, but it doens't really show when I lose or gain weight .

I'm trying now to be more fit than worry about my weight, but I'm putting my goal around 123. However, I'm not too concerned if my my measurements decrease and my weight stays the same.
