does anyone else have the problem of gaining muscles too quickly?
I am 17 years old and I am extremely athletic I workout in the mornings(cardio and weightlifting) then in the afternoons I have practice. My coach tells me that I wont become bulky like a guy that women just become toned but I have been gaining muscle mass extremely quickly and I am having a hard time fitting into my clothes that fit just a few months ago. Does anyone have any advice on what I can do workout wise so I can still workout with my team and not have my coach get on to me but also so I dont gain muscle so quickly?And does anyone else have this problem?
Its nmost likly fat you really shouldent be gaining so fast. Do you know if your body fat percentage has gone down. Normaly if you gain mussle you lose fat so youd get smaller or stay the same. You should check your calories.
