Anyone else having problems loading pics?

I keep getting "error on page" messages. I've tried contacting service, but as of three days, no reply...

For me, I had the exact same problem.. until I reduced the size of teh picture. Try that and see if it works for you. I'm not sure how small it need be, but i know it doesn't like really big pictures.

I had the same problem. The reply I got from CC was

Guidlines:

*maximum image filesize is 500k

*maximum image dimensions are 740 px by 740 px

*accepted formats are JPG, GIF, and PNG

*Animated images will be turned into static JPG thumbnails

Hope that helps. The picture I wanted to use wouldn't work, so I used a picture from photobooth.

Yesss! Argh! I've tried to add a pic and been told the same thing repeatedly! I will try the suggestions posted by newave and buggyhair. Thanks for posting this question. We can't be the only ones with this problem.

Thanks guys! It was my file size. I didn't see where it had to be under 500k...
