Hi. I'm new to the site, and want to join the group here. I started on 11-26, technically, at 160 lbs. I want to unltimately drop down to 120, but my first goal is 135 by April. I will try to weigh on Mondays too. I weighed myself on Sunday, and have already lost 5 lbs! It's hard for me to exercise because I work 7 days a week, and also go to school. Because I mostly sit at work, I am trying to really watch the calories and carbs.

I would love to join the group. I have been trying to loose weight on and off ever since I had my first child (keeping in mind that in February it will be 5 years). I just very recently became very serious about loosing it. Like I said, if its not to late then you will see me back here with my weekly weigh in.

I am currently eating about 1600 calories a day, and I try to make them low fat, low sodium and NATURAL - easy on the artificial sweeteners and low fat processed foods. I also do aerobic exercise but would like to eventually incorporate weights. All your help and support is welcome and appreciated!
Yes, I will do it. I have been trying to get 30 lbs off for 2 years and join CC 2 years ago. I actually lost 10 bs but put it back on again. I have been on South Beach for the last 2 weeks (except for Halloween) and have been exercising by raking leaves for 45 mins a day.
How do we do the weeking weigh in?
I'm 164 lbs goal is 135 lbs.

I'm pleased with my steady loss so far. Getting a little nervous because the cravings are starting! I WON'T give in.....I hope! Anyhow I've been exercising every other day and really sticking around 1400 cals a day. As long as the weight keeps coming off I'll stick with what I'm doing. How did everybody else do?
