hey! im 19, soon to be 20! and eating @ college is the
pits!! i live on campus right now and will be getting out of here
at the end of the year.. i eat taco bell like everyday and it is
awful, but there are so few choices. i will say that making a
salad is a very quick, cheap, healthy way to hv a meal, either on or
off campus. i like my salads with raisins, crasins, apples,
cheese, or whatever to add some variety and try to go as light as
possible on the dressing.. adding the extra variety will totally
help! p.s. im going 2 add as many of u as possible to my
friends list bc it is nice to hv ppl really close to my age!

Hey everyone, I'm 19 and been here about a week and love it! I want to lose 10 pounds. I have found the only way to eat healthy at college is to eat like turkey sandwiches, veggies and fruit in the dining center and then buy my own food for my room. I'm so excited that we can help each other. YEAH!
I'm 19, I'd love to have some friends to chat with. I'm trying to eat healthier, university isn't the best place for it. As well, I'm trying to lost about 10 pounds of weights I've gained back since september (when I lost my freshman 15). I'd love to have some of you as friends, to chat with. Especially learn some tips how to avoid over eating when you go out with friends, what you do at restaurants, or the classic girls night, or party with pizza, cake, chocolate etc???
I'm 19. I'm trying very hard to eat healthier and it's totally working! I'm very happy about it. This is the first time I've seriously changed my eating style and it was exactly the right decision. I'm looking to basically look good and have a healthy BMI. If I have to go by numbers, I'd like to lose another 33 lbs. I don't really care by when as long as it happens, because I plan to keep it off. Nice to have people to talk to that are my age!
Hi Everyone!
It's great to be meeting some of the younger crowd (I'm 24) and I found it especially cool to see a couple Canadians on the site since I live south of Toronto. I'd love to talk and get to know all of you! Also for everyone who is in College, I wish you all the best as I know how hard it can be to avoid the Frosh 15-30 :-P
Take Care, Hope to talk soon.

hello! i am 21 and at university too, although i graduate in a month. i honestly think that you can still be healthy when a student but it depends on a few things. if you're living in your own flat or house and not on campus then it's a lot easier because you have your own kitchen and make your own food. mostly, i'd just say be motivated to cook for yourself rather than eating out. it's always easier to get ready meals and eat out but making proper food yourself the majority of the time, is the only way to be healthy, in my opinion. its the best time to learn and i think its good to start an independent life by cooking properly and healthily rather than starting bad habits early.
anyway, good luck everyone!!!
