bumping this up in hopes that someone will consider sharing their favorite workout video titles... i wanted step but will settle for whatever other fun stuff you all are into... come on rescue me from the land of Gin Miller and the original step video!!!! please!!!

I've heard / read good things about http://www.taylordfitness.com/fitnessflytrans ferpagepresale.htm

Maybe a bit biased reviews from her husband (one of my weight management coaches and he's also a Personal trainer)  but the music might be what you are looking for- also I've read on some review sites that her step dvd's are very good.  Also one of my workout friends told me she tried one of her classes and it kicked her butt!!

I know it isn't step workout but leslie sansone has alot of different workouts that you can do in your home and they are real good.  I just got 6 different workouts on half.com for less than 17 dollars.

Check out www.lesliesansone.com if you want some samples of her workouts.  They are working for me.

cathe has one thats really good, the music isn't too bad too. it was complicated enough so it should keep you interested if you are experienced at all the step moves.  i miss it. all my equipment (& space for it) is back in the states. if i can remember the name ill let you know. but it also had 2 weight training sessions as well.

BIG thank you to all who have responded so far!!!  YOU ROCK!!!

please keep the suggestions coming!!

This reveals my age but MTV Grind workout tapes are great.  They remind me when I used to dance when I was in my 20's.  One of them has Ab exercises at the end of it too.

THE FIRM!!! I love The Firm. Seriously though I love my Firm workouts. You can find their dvds at thefirmdirect.com or do like I do and buy them on ebay, at thrift stores etc.
