Anyone have good dairy free recipes?

I can't have any dairy, and I feel like I eat a lot of the same foods over and over because I know they are "safe".  Anyone have any great recipes to share?

i get most of my vegan recipes from www.vegweb.com or www.theppk.com

lots of variety, and easy to make too.

Hi KDR,

I bought a book a few years ago called "Eating for IBS" (Irratible Bowel Syndrome) -- all the recipes are dairy free. Some are super easy, some are harder, and some involve ingredients I've never heard of. I've loved all the recipes I've tried, and it provides nutritional info! Good luck!

Thanks!  I'll check out the suggestions!  :)
If you want to convert a baking recipe that calls for milk, try either soy milk or rice milk. You get the right amount of liquid and it acts about the same in your recipe.
One year I was baking pumpkin pies and a friend had a serious milk allergy, but she wanted pumpkin pie.  I followed my regular recipe exactly the same, but used equal amounts of soy milk for the evaporate milk. No one could tell the difference in the texture or flavor of the pie.
