42, stuck after getting rid of 23 pounds, frustrated but determined. Currently 215# ~Charlie
Hey, I lost .1 lbs today since two days ago. It's something anyway. LOL
Can I join? I turn 40 very soon. Currently at 242
45 yr - 284.7 lbs (yes, I have resorted to logging my weight in fractions, the sad and pathetic action of a desperate woman)
I'll join. I'm 40 and joined CC on January 23, and since then I've lost 10 lbs! I'm now at 174. I'm very excited......:)
I would love to join. I am 45 and have been trying to lose weight but am very frustrated !!!!!!! Lost ten pounds and now seem stuck! Currently I weigh 168.8
Count me in. 41 and now 207.
I'm in! 46 and now at 168. My first goal is 159 by April 30. This site is so motivating for me!
So what type of exercise do you all do? I go to a dance style aerobics class 3 days per week. It's stretching, cardio, hand weights and floor work on legs and abs. I'm noticing some real results in the toning department and I love not getting out of breath anymore when I climb steps. I'd love to go more often, but with 4 children and a husband who travels, well it seems that even doing this much is an accomplishment for me.
I'd like to be in....I'm 47 and weigh 190.6. I swim in a masters program 3-4 mornings a week, see a personal trainer once a week, walk 45-60 minutes 4 or 5 times per week, 1 spinning class......and I've been watching what I eat carefully now for over 6 weeks. I've only lost 3 lbs.........need to lose like 50! Not sure why I can't lose weight like I did when I was younger.
Count me in--turning 45 in June and would love to lose 15 lbs by then. Love to lose more but I trying to make mini goals.

Maybe, need someone to encourage me from time to time. I am 51, 187 lbs. Belong to a gym but don't go often enough. Considering a personal trainer , but they are expensive. Just buying a new house so out of the question for now. But I do enjoy weights, walking but just cant seem to make myself get up and go like I should. Am now getting motivated again and hope this time is THE time. I lost weight before, but when I went through menopause over the past year or so, have gained about 20 lbs. Have a fairly new relationship, so this is very discouraging. Any hints would be helpful.
Sounds good to me. I'm almost 52 and 168 lbs. I have 32.8 lbs to lose. I work full time in a job where I am on my feet for most of the day and when I get home can't find the motivation to excercise.
