i want to know exactly how many calories i burn off doing my workout routine below. . .
5 minutes of pretend jumprope
20 x WIDE set squats w/ 6lb
20 x lunges  e.s.
20 x Tricep Extentions
20 x dumbell lifts
20 x dumbell press'
40 x crunches
20 x side crunches  e.s.    
20 x Bridges
20 x Leg Lifts  ( INNER THIGHS TOO) e.s.
HOLD PLANK FOR 30 SECONDS! YOU CAN DO IT!
10 minute Butt Routine
20 x Girlie Push-ups
20 x Bench Dips
10 seconds of Mountain Climbers
20 x Leg raises
20 x Reverse Crunches

consider it "Circuit training" and put in how long it takes you to complete the exercises [this is if there is minimal rest between exercises] log the jumping rope separately.
