Hi everyone, I'm knew to all of this so I am not quite used to this at the mo, I have been battling my weight for the past 6 years and now it really needs to go. I joined a gym over summer and ate healthily and lost just over a stone however now i'm back at school and feeling pretty crap about myself I'm back binging :/ I can usually go about 4 days eating healthily about 1200 calories and then I end up binging on carbohydrates, chocolate and sugary foods. Coincidently that has happened today and I really need to stop it! I currently weigh 136 pounds and would like to get down to 126 before Christmas I could really do with any tips and support from others to stop me binging and help me reach my goals. Can anyone offer me any advice? :)

Well a female under the age of 21 shouldn't eat any lower than 1500 calories a day. Also, if you're using the "burn meter" on this site, you're most likely "moderate activity", possibly "light activity" if you never move at all. You'd only be "sedentary" if you were in a coma, or dead. Try eatting 1500-1800 calories a day while exercising. It will take off the weight and give you proper nutrition. Laughing
