Can anyone help please??
Hiya, am new on here. Am finding the site really helpful and am logging my cals each day on the food log (quite an eye opener!) I didnt realise how big my portions were!
I am struggling with the burnmeter though, as I am going to the gym reg now it would be useful to be able to use it. Can anyone explain it easily to me or point me to a place on the site that can help explain. Thanks guys.

Check out the FAQs on the burn meter - from your account page, look for the question mark above and to the right of the meters.
if you type in the specific activity, it'll give you a list to choose from with the calories per hour. Try typing in the actual equipment's name.
