Anyone in high school needing to lose about 15lbs?
I've strugged for literally 1.5 years with losing about 15lbs. I managed to get 10lbs off before summer but it slowly came back on and I now have at least 10-15 lbs to loose to really look good. I have major motivational issues and I am constantly finding myself derailled because of mindless snacking. It has gotten to the point that my parents comment how i always have a box or bag in my hand and are always telling me how unhealthy snacking is. Obviously that doesn't make me feel any better, as I have so much trouble stopping. The way my body looks in the mirror is seriously depressing to me and I am constantly vowing to change my ways, get back into dieting and finally be happy with my body but it just never happens.
Something needs to change. I need a major motivational boost and I think that having support from people my age and weight goal might help me finally drop the weight and get into shape. If theres anyone in high school with similar weight goals then I would love to have your support! I think maybe just having a few people I can talk to about dieting could help a lot.
I'm 16 and in grade 11.
Height: 5'2.5
Weight: about 125lbs (it fluctuates).
35 bust
29.5 waist
36.5 hips
Im hoping to get my waist down 2 inches- I have a nasty flabby potbelly. I dont care about the size of my hips and as for my bust, i'll be sort of sad to see it go.
Yeah, that's me.

My measurements are somewhere& nbsp;around 36-29-36, but that 's only an estimate becau se the best measuring tap e I have is a shoela ce I marked off with a Sharpie. XP

Note: CC hates me and&nbs p;inserts sporadic semicolons into everything I write.

Height: 5' 4"
Weight: 142

I figure we can sort of just post updates every few days- how were doing, what was good/bad, what we're eating, dieting woes, etc.
I had two really sucessful days. I kept from binging too badly (though i did have a few spoons of icecream and more pistachios than i really needed) and i swam for an hour both days. Hopefully I can keep it up!
