I used to be fit and trim, and  then  i woke up one day and i was divorced and thought ok i am a great guy, but who would want me looking like this. so even though that sounds shallow, i realise people are shallow, and besides it motivated me to do soemthing for myself, and this site has diffent opinions on things which will help me out. counting calories is essential to having good eating habits

yea people are very shallow..i guess that is why im on here. i mean i want to do this for me but for mostly all my friends. they are all skinny and they tell me i look good and all its just i dont feel good around them

I live in Cincinnati... so I'm like 30 minutes from Lawrenceburg.

I'm from a small town in Steuben County (northeast corner of the state).  I grew up in New England where people are far more obsessed with their looks and I have very unhealthy views on appearances.  But after having kids (and a new baby just recently), I really need something like C-C to get healthy and lose weight.

thats cool im from hamlet. its a really small town about 20 minutes away from plymouth. it takes about 10 minutes to walk around the town. i do that almost everyday.

I live about an hour's drive west of Indianapolis!
