Anyone interested in forming a motivational group???
Hey guys,
I just joined this group last night because I have been looking for a group of people who would like to work as a motivational network since we are all in this together!
As I said in my introduction, I have 5'2 and 130lbs seeking to loose 10 lbs- my goal date is june 26th but it keeps going up eventhough Im working out and not going over my caloric intake?
I need help! And motivation! If you guys would be interested in sharing your best workout and fav healthy meal plans I think we can all succeed in this together!
I've lost a pound this week! Hoorah! I am dead chuffed. Just 12 more to go in 12 weeks... I can totally do this!
One thing I think helps is not drinking. I had two glasses of wine over the weekend, but apart from this I haven't had a drink in over a week... and I normally like my wine.... might be something to consider if you are similar!
Off to the gym tonight and I'm joining my bellydancing course later today. Am determined to get this weight off for good this time!

I'd be more then interested in forming a motivational group, I certainly need all the motivation I can get. I'm working on losing 20 lbs by June as my first goal, but i'm actually trying to lose 50 lbs total. I managed to gain about that much since starting college and it just needs to go.
Hey, I've got to lose 10 pounds by June 20th, so our dates are really close!
Mine are what I consider vanity pounds, though. I think it will take 10 pounds to see the result on my body that I want, but I'm willing to stop before I reach ten pounds less if I see the proper results.
I would be interested. I definitely need some help.

I would LOVE a motivational group. I am 5' 3" and 128lbs. and my goal date is June 27. I am a group eater, meaning I eat with my friends and they all eat horribly but somehow all stay skinny.
ya i defs need it! i'm 5'4 and about 125-128 and i want to lose about 10 pounds by june. i eat well and exercise but i never really seem to lose any weight!
