I had no replies for this for the first few days so I thought no one was interested! I'm glad to see otherwise. I'll repost my stats, etc. since we seem to have a pretty decent group going. Also, I'm going to just keep editing my post by adding to the timeline below instead of reposting every Monday... just fyi.

Age/height: 22/5'1
CW: 125 (boooooo!)
GW: 105 - aiming to reach this by Dec. 15

Sept. 22: 125

Sept. 29: 124 - it's only one pound, but I'm glad it's gone! Got to work harder for next week!
Oct. 6: 120 - it looks like we're all doing pretty good so far! Let's keep it up!

Toria - the estimation of when you reach your goal weight is based on the average of your last 10 weight logs... so give it some time and see how the weight loss progresses... the Calorie Coach (main page of your Account) will move your target date up or down according to this average, so don't get discouraged - just keep at it!

While a 1 - 2 lbs loss per week is what everyone considers a good weight loss rate, most of us can tell you that it's not as exact.. I've lost anywhere from .2 lbs (point two) to 3 lbs (three) in a single week! there are so many variables to consider that you really have to pay attention to your body and follow its lead.. know what I mean?

I need to keep myself informed of the rate I have to lose the weight, so I have a bunch of mini-goals to kind of keep me on track...

Hey...this is the first time I've actually made an effort to lose weight.  I've been meaning to for a long time but just "never got around to it".  Until this summer when I sat around and ate junk food for a week and went from 145 to 155!  Stopped eating junk and got a little more active and lost 3 pounds almost immediately.  But whenever I get above 150 I find myself being more tired and having less energy and more depressed, etc...

So...started a week ago and already I've lost 3.5 pounds!

Hi, you can count me in too!  I need a new sense of motivation...I was doing so well and then I kind of fell off the wagon. Undecided But weighing in with others is a great idea!

I want in too!! I just found this group today, I know it's not Monday but I'm gonna hop on in anway. I was doing well but then I got sick and lost my motivation. Hopefully this will help me get it back.

Oct. 13: 126 (boo!) Unfortunately I am sick again! This time a viral infection so my doctor told me no exercise for a week. That and the chocolate I had this weekend equal a gain of one pound. I'm going to have to work extra hard this week to make up for it, but at least I'll be able to exercise again soon!!

Oct. 13: 246.0 This was the worst 3 days I have had in a long time. Lost about 3 weeks of diet and exercise in 3 nights of overeating.
Oct. 20: 245.2 Bad week and I can do much better.
Oct. 27: 246.6 Hurt my back, didn't work out everday and didn't follow my diet.

Hey, Sorry I'm joining so late! I plan on reaching my goals by December. I'm actually not THAT concerned about weight because I wouldn't mind 5 pounds of muscle. I'd just like to lose a bit of 'curviness' around my waistline which Im estimating is about 8 pounds total.
